Romi, the princess from a fantasy kingdom called ‘Emotion Kingdom’, accidentally frees mind fairies that have been sealed and secured for a long time. These mind fairies have abilities to affect people’s emotions and behaviors. Romi needs to come to Earth and “Gotta Catch’em All!” before they make chaos in human world!

The residents of Jewel Forest, Jewel Teeniepings suddenly disappeared. Joahping, Teeheeping, and Trustping, who also are Jewel Teeniepings, the students of Royal Teenieping Academy, and the candidates of next Royal Teeniepings, head to Earth to save their friends… 
Now, Romi and Heartsping have to team up with Joahping, Teeheeping, and Trustping, three immature Royal Teeniepings. Will Romi be able to find 15 lost Jewel Teeniepings and catch?
