Kakugo&#039;s older brother and the main antagonist of the series. Believing humanity responsible for the death of the environment and after performing a spontaneous sex change, he has become determined to destroy all humans, with the aid of beings known as &quot;Tactical Evils.

Kakugo and Harara are two siblings who have been trained to fight demons, monsters, and other creatures that are now roaming about in the post-apocalyptic 21st century. Along with their superior fighting techniques and specialized skills, they were also given special suits called Zero armor, which were made from the souls of dead warriors. Unfortunately Harara succumbs to evil within the Zero armor, and Kakugo is the only human alive that has the skills and equipment to defeat his sibling.

In the post-apocalyptic world that Earth has become in the 21st century, monsters, mutants, and demons all roam the land looking for human prey. Kakugo and Harara have been trained by their father in the ancient Zero fighting technique, to protect the last remnants of humanity, and restore hope and peace on Earth. 
 
Powered by both their superior fighting skills and their secret techniques, as well as special living armor made from the souls of ancient warriors, they are sent into the world to defend the weak from demons and mutants who savagely attack and destroy human life. 
 
Yet, with all their training, Harara succumbs to the evil within, killing their father and believing Kakugo is dead as well. But their fates are still intertwined. Kakugo comes to the remnants of a city to help the few human inhabitants. As he saves them from the ravages of cannibalistic monsters and depraved mutants, he once again encounters his psychotic sibling, and the bloodiest battle of the 21st century brings new meaning to Sibling Rivalry!

Ogata attended Tokai University, but left due to lack of interest. They then began working as a musical actress, attending the same classes alongside [Rumi Kasahara](https://anilist.co/staff/95996/) and [Shiho Niiyama](https://anilist.co/staff/95724/). Because of their husky voice, they are often typecast as either young men and boys or tomboyish females. It is also because of this that they are sometimes referred as "Aniki" (big brother) by fans.

In a speech at the 16th Seiyu Awards on March 5, 2022, Ogata had shared that they had been wary to accept "Best Leading Actress" as they mostly played boy characters and do not refer to themselves as an actress. Ogata also shared that "There is so much talk about being 'genderless' nowadays and there are voice actors in the industry who have come out. And like myself, there are people out there who go on about their daily lives mostly not thinking of themselves as women."
