Reiko Terayama is the daughter of Daitaku Terayama; one of the richest men in Kyoto. In public Reiko is beautiful, elegant and well mannered. However, secretly she has an obsession with her motorbike she calls her "bimo". She has a distaste for men and prefers her "bimo" over them. But as soon as she met Kintaro Oe her views change...

Kintarou Oe doesn't look like it, but he is a genius who completed all his university courses and then quit before graduating. He becomes a wandering student, going from place to place on his bicycle, seeking to learn what he can about life, the world, and women. He is willing and able to do any job he has to prove himself. His travels take him to a variety of locations and a variety of women, each who learns to love the hardworking guy, but not before he can run off.

Laura Chapman is an American voice actress working with ADV Films, known for her roles in the English-language dubs of anime series.    She is a gifted singer - a talent she's yet to be able to put on display in her voice-work - but her ability to hold a note for long periods of time earned her praise from peers and director Matt Greenfield in her part as Galatea in Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040.
