In the twilight of his career, master thief Lupin the Third's latest and greatest caper has hit a snag. What should've been bags of cash from a national casino turns out to be expert counterfeits! Together with his partner-in-crime Jigen, Lupin heads to the remote European nation of Cagliostro to exact revenge. Milton "Milt" Jamin was an American voice and film actor. He was often known by the alias Milton James.

Jeffrey Alan Winkless was an American film and voice actor and music composer. He was born in Springfield, Massachusetts. One of his younger brothers, Daniel Owen Winkless, worked with him on The Banana Splits Adventure Hour. He has done voice-overs for several anime titles including Doomed Megalopolis, Space Adventure Cobra, Vampire Hunter D, Crying Freeman and Lily C.A.T..  Winkless died of a brain tumor on June 26, 2006.
