Shogun Mouro is a general in the army and is [Colonel Muska](https://anilist.co/character/8526/Muska)'s subordinate.

Mouro is a stocky, bald man with a thick, grey mustache and heavy, dark eyebrows. He always wears his military uniform and has two medals pinned to his chest.

Mouro is abrasive and aggressive, and he likes being in control. He resents Muska's authority over the army and the Laputa project, and he is sometimes suspicious of Muska's actions, such as Muska's methods of dealing with [Sheeta](https://anilist.co/character/8523/Sheeta) after her capture.

American voice actor and singer, who has appeared in almost 400 roles. Some of his best known voicework include the characters Darkwing Duck, Dr. Robotnik from SatAM, Pete and Bonkers, as well as being the current voices of Winnie the Pooh, and Tigger. He has appeared in numerous animated movies including Aladdin, Shrek, The Lion King, and Princess and the Frog. He has also provided voice-over work for video games, such as Icewind Dale, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Mass Effect 2, Star Wars: The Old Republic, World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria, and Splatterhouse.

He was represented by Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society and after by Aoni Production.

He passed away on January 27, 2014 at the age of 82 due to ischemic heart disease or coronary artery disease.
