Ougai Mori is the boss of the Port Mafia. Ougai is analytical and tactical. He often puts on overdramatic acts but rarely breaks his composure internally. 

He has been shown to be somewhat ruthless and unfaltering when it comes to violence. He hasn't, however, shown any particular enjoyment from killing. His ruthlessness comes from his pragmaticism.

Although he can be intimidating at times and emit a scary formal aura, he is often polite to the point of seeming approachable. He is polite to allies and enemies alike.

Stalked by a beastly white tiger, Atsushi Nakajima has no idea that the menace lives inside him—a power that catches the attention of the Armed Detective Agency. Using inhuman abilities to combat crime, this team takes Atsushi under the wing of their most eccentric member, Dazai. The second season of Bungou Stray Dogs. 
 
Despite their differences in position, three men—the youngest senior executive of the Port Mafia, Osamu Dazai, the lowest ranking member, Sakunosuke Oda, and the intelligence agent, Angou Sakaguchi—gather at the Lupin Bar at the end of the day to relax and take delight in the company of friends.

The Guild, an American gifted organization, has entered the fray and is intent on taking the Agency's work permit. Presently, Ranpo finds himself chasing down a gifted individual with the dangerous ability to execute the perfect crime. But as the great detective unravels the case, he soon discovers an elaborate plot to obliterate the Agency in its entirety.
