The leader of the mysterious organization known as the Devil's Fang. He is normally calm and composed, but is prone to breaking things when enraged. He appears to hold a grudge against [Joker](https://anilist.co/character/121152/Joker), [Spade](https://anilist.co/character/121153/Spade), and [Queen](https://anilist.co/character/121154/Diamond-Queen), likely the reason why he placed a bounty on their heads. Instead of confronting them directly, he orders his subordinates to do so instead, while eating at his headquarters. Steak is his favorite food.
