As disciplinary committee president, Fuki has a serious personality as she is rather bossy because she was trying to fulfill her role as president, but after she met Akuru Akutsu, she began to stalk his every move and justifies her actions as concern for Akutsu's well being and her responsibility as the disciplinary committee president.

Yoshiko Hanabatake is an idiot beyond all belief. Somehow managing to consistently score zeroes on all of her tests and consumed by an absurd obsession with bananas, her senseless acts have caused even her own mother to lose all hope. Only one person is up to the task of keeping her insanity in check: childhood friend Akuru "A-kun" Akutsu.
 
Though he bemoans the ridiculous behavior he has to endure, the studious but terrifying A-kun is always ready to put an end to any stupidity Yoshiko gets up to, with no qualms about using physical force. Unfortunately, no matter how many times he attempts to knock some sense into her, the girl bounces right back to her usual shenanigans, even dragging in some other eccentrics along for the ride. Try as he might to rein in her nonsense, every moment is unpredictable with Yoshiko and her profound idiocy on the loose.

Sumire entered the entertainment industry at the age of 9, when she was scouted by Space Craft's junior talent division. In 2009, she landed her first regular radio gig as host of Web Raji@Dengeki Bunko, and in 2011, she transferred to animation division of Space Craft due her interest in becoming a voice actress. On March 12, 2016, Sumire received the Best Rookie Actress award in the 10th Seiyuu Awards. She has also been a member of the seiyuu unit ".lady." since 2014.

Sumire is fluent in Russian and loves the Soviet culture, which she became interested in after hearing the State Anthem of the USSR in her first year of high school. In April 2010, Sumire entered the Faculty of Foreign Studies at Sophia University, and she majored in the Russian language there.

Sumire is interested in history and war figurines, particularly Russian/Soviet history, the Showa era, and likes the book Romance of the Three Kingdoms. She also has had a strong interest in games, anime and manga ever since she was a child. Her other interests consists of photography, lolita fashion-- she works as a lolita model-- and drawing, which she is quite good at. She also loves rock and heavy metal; her favorite bands are Metallica, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Dragonforce, and Kinniku Shoujo Tai. Additionally, Sumire is very good friends with fellow seiyuu [Sachika Misawa](https://anilist.co/staff/102337/Sachika-Misawa), who has called Sumire "her waifu".

Yoshiko is a hopelessly clueless high school girl. Her rock-paper-scissors strategy is “rock.” She somehow gets zeroes on multiple-choice tests. And she has an often-nearly-fatal weakness for bananas. Her devoted friends have no choice but to hang around and make sure nobody takes advantage of her. (Of course, the entertainment value might have something to do with it, too.) Cute characters, weird gags, and lots and lots of bananas!
