Pucca is an 11-year-old South Korean superhuman girl who constantly tries to hug and kiss a ninja-in-training named Garu. She is the niece of Uncle Dumpling, Ho, and Linguini and lives with them at the Goh-Rong Restaurant, where she works as a delivery girl. She drives around on her red scooter, making deliveries to the people of the town. She usually delivers Jajang Noodles.

In the third season of Pucca Goh-Rong faces a new rivalry with new local restaurant titled Dong King Restaurant. Ring Ring, a local 12-year-old fashion star, who appeared in previous seasons grows a love interest to Garu, while also being revealed to be the daughter of Dong King and works alongside him and his servants against Pucca and Dong King.
