Having spent Christmas camping with her new friends, Rin Shima embarks on a solo-camping trip to see the New Year sunrise by the sea. All goes according to plan until unforeseen weather blocks the roads back home, making a return trip impossible. Rin, who is now stranded for a few days, is invited by Nadeshiko Kagamihara to stay at her grandmother's house. 
 
What is supposed to be a two-day trip becomes an extended period of sightseeing and new experiences for Rin, and she encounters some new and old faces along the way.

Rin Shima has left her hometown in Yamanashi to live on her own in Nagoya while working for a small publishing company there. On one winter’s weekend in the not-too-distant future, as she’s planning a bike tour, she unexpectedly receives a message from an old high school friend, Chiaki Oogaki, saying she’s currently in Nagoya. Chiaki now works for an organization promoting tourism in Yamanashi, and she’s in charge of a project to reopen a facility that was closed a few years ago. When Rin casually suggests that such a large property would make a good campground, Chiaki is inspired. She gathers up all of their old camping buddies— Nadeshiko Kagamihara, who works at an outdoor goods store in Tokyo; Aoi Inuyama, who’s now an elementary school teacher in their hometown of Yamanashi; and Ena Saitou, who works at a dog grooming salon in Yokohama—and the campground-opening project is set in motion. So the story of five outdoorsy girls who became friends thanks to their shared love of camping begins once more, taking on a new challenge with the knowledge and experience they’ve gained.

Within the narrow walls of the Outdoor Activities Club room, the few but lively members carry on the camping spirit as they have fun with DIY club experiments. Exciting experiences such as these have brought Nadeshiko Kagamihara deep into the world of camping, making her want to once again go on a solo trip.

However, other plans come first, as Ayano Toki and Rin Shima invite Nadeshiko to camp near Ooi River. Eager to go on their first journey together, the girls set off to forge precious memories that will stick with their hearts for years to come.

The Outdoor Activities Club, Aka, the Outclub has 3 members. In the countryside of Yamanashi Prefecture, there’s a high school named Motosu High School. Go even further to one of the school buildings and you’ll find a very laid-back outdoor club that uses one corner of the classroom as their club room. Kagamihara Nadeshiko finally wants to kill some time in their club room, but then Ohgaki Chiaki and Inuyama Aoi suddenly announce that they’re all going on a trip. The girls enjoy the various local treats as they travel around, but where in the world is the end destination for this trip?!
