Much of Ami's background story before her involvement with the darkweb site Marco Polo is unknown. When she was six years old, she and a group of other young children were kidnapped by child pornographers to serve as photography models and, eventually, "merchandise" for pedophiles. However, even at this tender age Ami demonstrated an unusually well-developed aptitude for computer use and programming. In order to pass the time in imprisonment, she used a discarded computer to create her own computer game. When the gangsters noticed this, they kept Ami and used their programming skills for their own profit. One of her major works in that time was the establishment of Marco Polo's transaction and payment system.

A legendary thief deserves a legendary heist, and Lupin has set his sights on his biggest bounty yet: Marco Polo, a dark-web marketplace where criminals lurk and there’s money for the taking. But just as Lupin swipes his latest fortune and tries to make off with the goods, his hideout is inexplicably surrounded by Zenigata and his forces thanks to a new game that’s gone viral on social media. It has a very specific, very unfortunate objective, and the name of the game is “Arrest Lupin III”!

A Japanese voice actress and singer-songwriter under entertainment agency Axlone (2017–) and record label King Records (2015–), having previously been under entertainment agency Sony Music Entertainment (2010–2017). She has been active as a voice actor since 2010, debuting in the anime Occult Academy voicing the character Akari Okamoto, while debuting as a singer-songwriter in December 2015.

Inori was born in Tokyo, where she began watching anime in kindergarten. She first became aware of voice acting when, after watching a stage play adaption of an anime, she read the stage pamphlet and asked her parents about a person mentioned in it. She found out that she wanted to become a voice actor at the age of six, and at elementary school she listed voice acting as her desired future career. 

In middle school, Inori joined her school's tennis and theater clubs, however, she quit the theater club due to feeling too embarrassed when appearing on stage. Around the same time, her mother found a magazine advertising for a voice-acting audition, which she participated in and won.
