Vinsmoke Niji, also known as "Dengeki Blue", is the second son and third child of the Vinsmoke Family. He is a prince of the Germa Kingdom and a commander in its military arm, Germa 66.

Gold Roger was known as the Pirate King, the strongest and most infamous being to have sailed the Grand Line.
