The student council president of Hanasakigawa Girls' High School and the last member to join Roselia as their keyboardist. She is also part of the library committee at school. Rinko is very shy, and is at first scared of the idea of performing in a live concert. She is also the band's costume designer and sews their outfits all by herself. Her hobbies are reading and playing online games, the latter through which she met her best friend, Ako. 

Socially awkward, Rinko is a shy and asocial girl who was initially too frightened to speak in front of others, let alone perform before them. She has a tendency to stammer when speaking, and usually keeps quiet until she feels comfortable. When she is set on or passionate about something, however, she does so with conviction, like piano or online games. Rinko also tends to get very excited about her passions, to the point where when she was explaining how Neo Fantasy Online worked to the other Roselia members, she was speaking in an alarming speed.

The best way to fit in at a new school? Start a band! Anon has just transferred to Haneoka Girls’ Academy where girl bands are all the rage. But she started school late, so there aren’t many girls left to recruit. Then she meets her first friend and Haneoka’s misfit, Tomori, who’s hesitant to join. Still, Anon is determined to persuade Tomori and experience the true power of friendship and music.

Kanon is a voice actress from Tokyo. She made her debut in 2018 as the new voice for Rinko Shirokane and keyboardist in the band [Roselia](https://anilist.co/staff/153170/Roselia), replacing Satomi Akesaka, as part the BanG Dream! project. Kanon played the piano for 12 years prior to joining the project. 

She also has a talent for singing, with her vocal key ranging from E3 to G5, and her falsetto (whistle voice) key to be at E6. Her hobbies include watching movies and listening to music, and her skills include singing, playing the keyboard, classical ballet, and calligraphy. She also has a younger sister with whom she doesn't get along well with.

Kasumi Toyama was enthralled by the stars as a young girl, so when she discovers a trail of star-shaped signs one day after transferring to a new school, she can't help but follow them. They lead her to a shop run by the grandmother of one of her new classmates, and Kasumi finds something that will change her life forever: a star-shaped guitar! And just like that, Kasumi knows that forming a band is her destiny. 
 
Of course, convincing Arisa and her grandmother to sell her the guitar won't be easy, and finding a group of other girls who want to become musicians will be even harder. But when a girl has stars in her eyes and a starbeat in her heart, there's nothing that will stop Kasumi from making her fantasies come true!

Satomi got her start in show business in 2001 when she won the "Idol Grand Prix", an idol contest sponsored by the manga magazine Nakayoshi. She became an event character for the anime "Tokyo Mew Mew" by joining the group Mew Five. She made her debut as a voice actress in 2004 in with role of Anzai Futaba from Koi Kaze, and as a stage actress a year later. She released her first single "Akeban!" in 2011. As a part of the BanG Dream! project, she also played the keyboard for the band [Roselia](https://anilist.co/staff/153170/Roselia) as the character Rinko Shirokane up until September 2018, when she was forced to quit after suffering sudden deafness twice. Before Roselia, she had been playing the piano since a young age, and previously played classical music.

Satomi's hobbies include using computers, drawing, reading, gaming and sleeping. Her favorite food is umeboshi, and she loves animals, especially cats.

The girls of Poppin'Party have come a long way, but the competition coming up is the biggest yet - the BanG Dream! Girls Band challenge at the legendary Budokan! The second season of BanG Dream! Garupa☆Pico.

BanG Dream! FILM LIVE 2nd Stage is the second animated live movie for the BanG Dream! franchise and the sequel to BanG Dream! FILM LIVE.

It was announced on March 16, 2020 and premiered in Japanese theaters on August 20, 2021. Additionally, a pre-screening was held in five selected theaters across the country on August 10, 2021. It premiered in the United States and Canada through Eventive on September 18, 2021. 
Note: The film has 3 different post-credit scenes originally rotated weekly on theater showings. On Crunchyroll, these alternative scenes are streamed as separate episodes.

Unaired episode included with the 7th BD volume of BanG Dream!. 
 
With the success of Poppin'Party at Space, the girls head to the beach for some fun and time off! They enjoy their time in the sun while swimming, playing volleyball, and of course a performance for fellow beachgoers!
