Wataru Date was a former police officer from Tokyo Metropolitan Police District under the Criminal Investigation First Division. He was later assigned to be the mentor of Wataru Takagi, and together they became known as the "Wataru Brothers."He was dating an English teacher, Natalie Kuruma. 
~!Unfortunately, he got caught up in a car accident after one of his stakeouts with Wataru Takagi and died one year ago. A year later after his death, it was discovered that Date was an acquaintance of Rei Furuya, whom he had met while attending a police academy. He also knew Jinpei Matsuda, Kenji Hagiwara, and Hiromitsu Morofushi from the police academy. Before his death, he receives a package meant to be passed on to Hiromitsu's older brother Taka'aki, but it was left untouched in his locket for over a year.!~

Kudo Shinichi is a seventeen year-old high school detective whom people call the "Modern Sherlock Holmes." However, one night after a date with his childhood sweetheart, Ran, Shinichi witnessed an illegal trade and, caught off his guard, was knocked unconscious and fed a drug that was supposed to kill him... but he woke up and found himself shrunken to a seven year-old. In order to track down the men who did this to him, Shinichi hid his identity and lived with Ran, whose father happened to be a hopeless detective, and with that came a series of murders and mysteries that he must solve.

Keiji Fujiwara was a Japanese actor and voice actor.

Even though he was born in Tokyo, he spent the majority of his childhood in Iwate Prefecture. In high school, he handled vocals in a band he formed with his friend Kotaro Furuichi, future guitarist of rock band The Collectors.

At around 18 years of age, he moved back to Tokyo on his own and joined the Bungakuza acting school. He spent the 1980s performing in several theater troupes while working odd jobs. Fujiwara was introduced to his first voice acting agency, Ken Production, in the early 1990s. The first TV anime in which he appeared as a regular was [Yokoyama Mitsuteru Sangokushi](https://anilist.co/anime/970/), but his breakout role was [Hiroshi Nohara](https://anilist.co/character/33466/) in [Crayon Shin-chan](https://anilist.co/anime/966/).

In November 2006, he left Ken Production and founded his own agency, Air Agency. Aside from talent management, the company went on to release original drama and situation CDs through its child company Air Label, as well as produce live events. In 2010, Fujiwara made his own sound directorial debut in Kakkokawaii Sengen.

In August 2016, Air Agency announced that he was going on hiatus in order to undergo medical treatment for a then-unspecified illness. He officially resumed work in June 2017. On April 16, 2020, Air Agency announced that Fujiwara had passed away due to cancer on April 12, 2020.

The movie takes place in Shibuya on Halloween. At the Shibuya Hikarie building, a certain wedding ceremony is taking place, where Miwako Sato is in a wedding dress. Suddenly, an intruder bursts in, and Wataru Takagi is injured from protecting Miwako. At the same time, the serial bombing criminal from the incident three years ago that killed Jinpei Matsuda, whom Miwako was in love with, escapes. Is this really a coincidence?
