Nabarl (literally Nabaaru, translated Navarre in the American version, Nabaaru in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and Navarl in the anime) is a stoic mercenary known as the Crimson Fencer and infamous for his Killing Edge, often working with bandits for unknown reasons.    In Fire Emblem: Ankoku Ryū to Hikari no Tsurugi, he was assigned to chase after Lena and Julian, but changes his mind and joins Marth&#039;s army when Shiida asks him to, in part due to his policy not to harm women or children he encounters. After the war he vanishes.    In Fire Emblem: Monshō no Nazo, he reappears and returns to banditry once more where he encounters the dancer Feena. After hearing that the Altean army approaches them, Nabarl once again defects and protects Feena along the way. He helps Marth out of respect from the last campaign, but once again vanishes once the campaign is over with Feena following him.    A little of his past was revealed in the OAV. Prince Mars, heir to the throne of Aritia, has fled his homeland and the invaders bent on conquering the entire continent. Together with the Aritian Knights he hides and bides his time in the friendly island kingdom of Talus. Though criticized for constantly daydreaming or being in a bad mood, he has found a friend in Sheida, the princess of Talus. Together they indulge in hayrides and shopping trips, or just standing upon the parapet and looking out over the land. However, despite how pleasant life is, he cannot forget the circumstances that separated him from his land and forced his beloved sister to sacrifice herself for him.

Koyasu is the most prolific voice actor in the industry, having been credited for over 700 roles as of April 2022.

Growing up, Koyasu skipped out on going to school to watch movies at home because he wanted to become an actor. It wasn’t until later that he became interested in voice acting after having seen [Galaxy Express 999](https://anilist.co/anime/1491/). After graduation he entered a voice acting school. In 1988, he made his voice acting debut, and got his first regular role a year later voicing [Gai](https://anilist.co/character/13374/) in [Tenkuu Senki Shurato](https://anilist.co/anime/2113/).

Though having voiced more characters in the medium than anyone else, he is probably most known for his role as [Dio Brando](https://anilist.co/character/4004/) in [JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure](https://anilist.co/anime/14719/). He has stated that he likes playing villainous characters.

Based on the Super Famicom game, the manga centers around Marth, who was sent off his attacked homelands of Aritia by his sister. A few years later he is returning to regain his home with the aid of his allies. Long ago, Medeus, king of dragonkin, conquered the continent of Archanea, giving rise to an age of fear and despair for its entire people. 
 
That tyranny was broken, however, when an unlikely hero intervened. A young man hailing from the Altea region appeared with a divine like blade in hand. Fang of dragon and blade of light locked in battle; and in the end, blade prevailed. For some after, the land enjoyed an age of peace. 
 
However, after a century's passing, the Shadow Dragon returned. He forged an alliance with a fiendish sorcerer who sought to rule the world, and their combined might topple kingdom upon unsuspecting kingdom. Again, the darkness threatened to engulf the continent. It fell upon the king of Altea, sole descendant of the dragon-slaying hero, to sally forth with the divine blade and fulfill his blood destiny. 
 
His son, Prince Marth, remained at home with the boy's mother, his elder sister, and a garrison manned by Altea's neighbor and ally, Gra. Thus the boy applied himself to the ways of both pen and sword, until one day...
