Queen is the in-game name of a character, who was not mentioned in the original light novel, who is said to be the strongest member of 『Night Opera』, a guild of 1,200 players. She appears in the first episode of the anime. She finds 『　　』 to be cool and smart since they were able to dodge her attacks despite her using dishonest means (cheating) to cast consecutive spells.

Bored with life and considering the real world to be just a “crappy game,” savvy sibling shut-ins Sora and Shiro have withdrawn into their own fantasy world filled with video games.

However, one day they find themselves summoned to another world by a boy who calls himself “God,” their abilities are about to be put to the ultimate test! Now not only their fates — but the fate of all of humanity — will be decided by a series of games that may just be the hardest these super-geniuses have ever faced!

On September 1, 2016, Office Osawa announced that Taneda would put her career on hiatus to focus on treatment for her throat, various roles she done were recast during this time such as Erina Nakiri from Food Wars who was replaced by Hisako Kanemoto from Season 3 and onwards.

On August 4, 2017, Office Osawa announced that her treatment was successful and she would gradually return to voice acting.
