The fantasy series takes place in a world where a new continent named Magmell suddenly appears in the ocean, and a new age of exploration begins. Explorers venture to the island to find previously unknown lifeforms and resources, but experience one disaster after another. The manga follows the mysterious young men who make a living as relief workers who aid the explorers.<br><br>

Kaiji Tang is an American voice actor working primarily in Los Angeles. Kaiji was primarily known to the majority of anime fans as one of the panelists on AnimeTV until he made the transition into voice over acting and had his first major role as the unusual character of Sputnik in Kite Liberator. He has gone on to play roles such as Shiro Takamachi and Graf Eisen in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's along with Colbert and Derflinger in The Familiar of Zero. He has also had minor roles in shows such as Flag, Karas, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Tweeny Witches. Kaiji is also a commercial actor with credits such as the 2007 Garmin commercial with Yao Ming and Discovery Channel's Manday Discovery lineup.

35 years ago, a new continent suddenly appeared in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. The new continent was named Magmell and is filled with unimaginable new species and riches. Magmell is heralded as the future for mankind. However there is a special force field surrounding the continent that deters foreign substances and technology from entering the continent. Thus humans entered the continent without any form of equipment. While some explorers have discovered incredible riches, others were stranded on the continent. The main character Yin You thus started an organisation with the sole purpose to rescue explorers that have been stranded on the continent, these rescuers are named Anglers. Using his Creator ability which allows him to control materials, Yin You explored deep into the heart of Magmell, uncovering the mysteries and cruelty that lie within the continent.
