Minerva is one of the Witches of Sin, being the Witch of Wrath. Minerva dislikes conflict and wishes for all to be well. She also only cares about what's directly in front of her, not worrying about things she cannot see. Minerva has some history with the elves as she cares deeply for Emilia, along with the other elves.

~!Minerva's main ability is "Authority of Wrath". Unlike other authorities this ability is only a support skill. Minerva is able to heal others by attacking any part of their body with her own. The authority also gives her increased speed and strength. The drawback is that every time the authority is used it causes a calamity to happen in another part of the world.
