Martial Artist who always refused to use power given to him from God Candidate. He belives only in his own strength and martial arts. He thinks of Ueki as his rival, but in fact he seems to be in another relationship with him. After 2nd round he helps Ueki understand why he is so weak. It can be said that he is supporter of Ueki, but he also have strong desire to fight him.

Kousuke Ueki, a student of the Hinokuni Junior High School, is picked by a God Candidate, Koba-sen, to participate in a competition where people battle out to become God and only the strongest will prevail. Embodied with the ability to turn garbage into trees, Kousuke will be joining in the battle against other junior high school students in this selection. This sets the premise for the earth-friendly battle where the students will pit their powers against the rest.

Koyasu is the most prolific voice actor in the industry, having been credited for over 700 roles as of April 2022.

Growing up, Koyasu skipped out on going to school to watch movies at home because he wanted to become an actor. It wasn’t until later that he became interested in voice acting after having seen [Galaxy Express 999](https://anilist.co/anime/1491/). After graduation he entered a voice acting school. In 1988, he made his voice acting debut, and got his first regular role a year later voicing [Gai](https://anilist.co/character/13374/) in [Tenkuu Senki Shurato](https://anilist.co/anime/2113/).

Though having voiced more characters in the medium than anyone else, he is probably most known for his role as [Dio Brando](https://anilist.co/character/4004/) in [JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure](https://anilist.co/anime/14719/). He has stated that he likes playing villainous characters.

Two years after the tournament of the next god, Kosuke Ueki is now a 3rd year student in Hinokuni High School. For some reason, everyone in the real world has lost their memory of their most important person, including his friends, who participated in the tournament two years ago. Ueki, being the only person left in the world unaffected, is fighting in order to restore everyone's memories. Ueki follows a little sheep named U-lu to another world called Hankagai. There, he meets new companions and gains new powers.
