Refined and elegant, Lillian is often quiet around others. However, unlike Charon, Lillian is more mysterious and less shy. Lillian is also shown to be jealous of Momona and Cayenne's relationship, resulting her to be a little too blunt.

~!In a plot twist, Lillian is revealed to have been originally a doll that Lady Diana had owned, but forgot to take it when she had left Jewel Palace. This lead Luea into accepting a deal with Joker, in which if she can do his bidding then she can be happy. Luea used her magic to bring the doll to life and call her "Lillian," and also inserting fake memories into Cayenne so she can be his brother. She was also illegally been registered in the Jewel Palace Database by Luea, in hopes that she can fulfill Joker's plans.!~

The story centers around Momona, a girl who attended the wedding ceremony of her big brother whom she adores. However, she is whisked away by a cute rabbit-shaped Jewelpet Ruby, and before she knew it, she is in a Jewelpalace where potential candidates to become a Lady have gathered. "Momona was selected by Ruby as the best female Ladyjewel candidate for the Queen of Jewelland!?"

On September 1, 2016, Office Osawa announced that Taneda would put her career on hiatus to focus on treatment for her throat, various roles she done were recast during this time such as Erina Nakiri from Food Wars who was replaced by Hisako Kanemoto from Season 3 and onwards.

On August 4, 2017, Office Osawa announced that her treatment was successful and she would gradually return to voice acting.
