Madame Suimei is one of the employees of Phantom Quest Corp.  Being a fortune teller, she has the innate ability to locate spirits wherever they may be.  Of course, she doesn&#039;t offer her services for free, and much to Ayaka&#039;s chigrin usually demands payment up-front, and Suimei will sometimes go out of her way to avoid Ayaka if she&#039;s delinquent with the funds!

In a country where companies are categorized into many subdivisions and corporations, only one of them is a ghost corp - the Phantom quest corp. When otherworldly supernatural phenomenon threatens the city and its populace, Ayaka Kisaragi and her employees are on the job to fight any and all supernatural menace.
