Mijumaru is a bipedal sea otter-like Pokémon. It has a spherical white head with small, triangular dark-blue ears on the sides. Mijumaru's eyes are dark and its dark orange nose is shaped like a horizontal oval. Several freckles cover its cheeks which may be premature whiskers, and two pointed teeth can be seen when it opens its mouth. The light blue fur on its body forms bubble shapes around its neck. Its arms are white and rounded, while its feet are dark blue with three toes each. It also possesses a rudder-like dark blue tail. 

It carries a pale yellow seashell called a "scalchop" on its belly. This shell is made of the same material as its claws, and is used for both battle and cracking hard berries. If heavily damaged or lost, Mijumaru can grow new ones from its body, through it can take weeks.

Born Elisabeth "Lisa" Ortiz. Based in New York, New York, United States. Before she became a voice actor, Lisa Ortiz was in the 1991 teen TV show Hillside (aka Fifteen), and was cast as Liz in the 4th season of Hillside. As with both the Advanced Generation and Diamond &amp; Pearl series before it, the Best Wishes! series begins with only Ash Ketchum, headed off to the Unova region, located far away from Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh, with his Pikachu. After he meets up with the new trainer and rival Trip and the region's Professor Juniper, he gains traveling companions in Iris, a girl from a town known for its Dragon Pok&eacute;mon, and Cilan, Pok&eacute;mon Connoisseur and the Grass Pok&eacute;mon specialist of the three Straition City Gym Leaders. 

Satoshi, Iris &amp; Dent continue their travels through the Isshu region. After successfully winning his 8th Gym Badge against Homika in Tachiwaki City, Shirona invites everyone to stay at her villa in East Isshu, where old friend Hikari is also staying, and participate in the Pokemon World Tournament Junior Cup before Satoshi participates in the Unova League. Team Rocket, meanwhile, initiate their final plan for the Isshu region-what is their purpose in  their desire for the legendary Pok&eacute;mon Meloetta?

After their encounter with Team Plasma, Satoshi, Iris and Dent start a new journey in the Decolore Islands.

The 15th Pokemon movie and the 2nd 'Best Wishes!' movie. It will feature the legendary Pokemon Kyurem (appearing also in its new Black Kyurem and White Kyurem formes.) The Legendary Musketeer Pokemon-Cobalion, Terrakion and Virizion-will appear alongside their newly revealed 4th member, Keldeo.
