President of the galaxy's biggest construction company

The Angel Brigade, an elite branch of the Transbaal Empire military, are assigned to search for The Lost Technology, mysterious items from the past that hold unknown powers. Led by the soon to retire Colonel Volcott O' Huey, the Angel Brigade travel to different planets using their specially designed Emblem Frame ships to search for Lost Technology. Unfortunately, they usually mess up somehow and end up getting into all kinds of weird and troublesome situations.<br><br>

Richard Newman is a voice actor with numerous voice roles in Transformers cartoons. Newman started his career in voice acting in Beast Wars voicing Rhinox and the Vok. Born Chicago, Illinois USA  Newman has also had roles in Dragon Ball Z, RoboCop Alpha Commando, and Beast Machines: Transformers as well as MegaMan NT Warrior, and Bucky O'Hare and the Toad Wars.  He also provided archvillain Phaeton's voice in the animated television series Exosquad.
