Tamaki Suoh is the half-French half-Japanese founder and president of the Ouran High School Host Club. Tamaki is flamboyant, emotional, and narcissistic; however, he is extremely dedicated to his duties as a host. He is the “prince” host type, who can charm any girl with sweet talk, though he is always truthful in his compliments. To him, all girls are pretty, and the happiness of his guest is his greatest enjoyment. 

Tamaki acts as the main comic relief in the series, exemplified in his extremely dense and naïve approach to his own feelings, and extreme emotional reactions to Haruhi’s comments about his stupidity. He has a family complex, as he asks Haruhi to call him “Daddy” and refers to Kyoya as “Mommy”. He is shown to be partial to classical piano music and plays extremely well; one of his favorite pieces being Mozart’s Sonata for Two Pianos in D Major.   

~!Tamaki's full name is Rene Tamaki Richard Grantaine. His father, the superintendent of Ouran Academy, fell in love with Tamaki’s French mother and divorced his first wife to marry her. For that reason, Tamaki’s paternal grandmother harbors a strong hatred towards Tamaki. Nevertheless, he is constantly trying to get her to accept him as part of the Suoh family. Because of his family situation, Tamaki sees the Host Club as one big family and tries to maintain that illusion, to the extent of telling himself that his love for Haruhi is fatherly even when it is clearly not.  Later in the manga, Tamaki has been close to Haruhi even though he says it's almost like a father, but he says to Kanoya (who has been said to seem like Haruhi) while in a game that he says the reason why he hasn't been cheerful is because of his stricken love for Haruhi.!~ 

Fujioka Haruhi wins a scholarship to attend Ouran Academy, a school reserved for only the most rich and prestigious. Despite what other students may think of her, she cares little for physical appearances or the fact that she is a commoner. 
Unfortunately for Haruhi, her high school days take a sudden turn when she stumbles upon the Host Club, an elite club filled with super rich and beautiful boys who use their specific traits and charms to entertain young ladies. Even worse, Haruhi accidentally breaks an 8-million yen vase in the club. Since she is unable to repay her debt with money, Haruhi finds herself with no choice but to work for the Host Club, becoming a male host herself.

Victor Joseph Mignogna was born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. He was always interested in drama, film, music,acting, and majored in Film in college. Vic spent approximately ten years acting in independent films and composing, transposing and producing music for ad agencies, TV series, and movies. 

In 1998, through a connection from a work associate at the time, Vic made his debut as Vega in "Street Fighter 2" under ADV Films. Vic enjoyed the anime dubbing experience and continued working for ADV. Soon, he landed his first main character role as Gawl in "Generator Gawl". Over time, Vic also began working for FUNimation Entertainment, and moved from Houston, Texas to Los Angeles, California to continue work there in late 2008. In February 2019, studios Funimation and Rooster Teeth cut ties with Mignogna after a number of sexual harassment allegations surfaced. Mignogna has denied the allegations and filed a lawsuit against Funimation and several individuals in April 2019 alleging defamation and tortious interference, however, the case was dismissed on October 2019 and he was ordered by the court to pay the defendants' legal fees. Mignogna lost his appeals from Funimation and their actors in 2022.

Since then, his acting career has relatively stalled, though he remains active on social media and continues to attend fan conventions. He founded dubbing studio "AM Studios" in partnership with the Anime Matsuri convention. 

__Music:__
Vic has continued his music career, releasing five albums, Selah (original piano music), Metafiction (original music, including the anime-related songs Nothing I Won't Give [Fullmetal Alchemist]) and Soldier A, saluting the generic soldiers of anime), If These Walls Could Talk (original music), a Christmas album (including 2 original songs), and Selah II (the sequel to Selah, also original piano compositions). His sixth album, which is a remix album, remixing some of his original songs and some popular songs, is set to be released in February of 2010. This album also contains Vic's English version of the Brothers Theme from "Fullmetal Alchemist" and the English version of the "D.N.Angel" opening theme, True Light, both of which are licensed.

__Roles:__
Vic has now appeared in approximately 150 anime series and video games, and has sung many English dub theme songs, most notably in the FUNimation dub of "One Piece". He is best known for his roles as Edward Elric from "Fullmetal Alchemist", Tamaki Suoh from "Ouran High School Host Club", Broly from "Dragon Ball Z", Fai D. Flowrite from "Tsubasa Chronicle", Zero Kiryu from "Vampire Knight", Spirit (Death Scythe) from "Soul Eater", Dark Mousy from "D.N.Angel", Kurz Weber from "Full Metal Panic", and Ikkaku Madarame from "Bleach". He made his directorial debut in "Claymore", in which he also plays the role of Rigaldo. Vic won Best Actor at the American-Anime-Awards for his role of Edward Elric in "Fullmetal Alchemist".

A Japanese actor, voice actor, singer and narrator from Saitama Prefecture.

Miyano joined The Himawari Theatre Group at the age of 7 under the influence of his older brother, yet he did not attend the class as much as he should have. After entering high school, due to the uncertainty he felt towards the future, Miyano started attending singing and dance lessons he has been skipping until now. While taking music lessons, Miyano started to discover his music style through the encounter with music produced by singers like CHEMISTRY and EXILE. Miyano's first acting job was in 1992 in Tokusou Exceedraft, where he appeared in a flashback as a child in a yakuza member's past.

In 2001, he had his voice acting debut in a live action teen drama Caitlin's Way.

In 2002, he voiced Riku in the Japanese version for the video game Kingdom Hearts. Miyano also had his first anime voice acting role the same year, voicing Akira in [Shin Megami Tensei Devil Children: Light & Dark](https://anilist.co/anime/4068/). In 2003, he voiced [Kiba](https://anilist.co/character/241/), the main character in [Wolf's Rain](https://anilist.co/anime/202/). A few years later in 2006, he had what most would call his breakout role in [Death Note](https://anilist.co/anime/1535/) where he voiced the main character [Light Yagami](https://anilist.co/character/80/). For his role as Light, he was nominated for two awards at the first ever Seiyuu Awards in March 2007.

On May 28, 2007, on the King Records label, Miyano debuted as a singer with the single "Kuon." The single debuted at number 47 on the Oricon charts and was used as the ending theme song for anime series [Koutetsu Sangokushi](https://anilist.co/anime/2162/). On June 13, he released a collaboration single titled "Fight," with fellow voice actress [Romi Park](https://anilist.co/staff/95082/). The duo's single debuted on the Oricon chart at number 73.

In 2008, at the second Seiyuu Awards, Miyano won "Best Actor in a Leading Role" for his roles [Setsuna F. Seiei](https://anilist.co/character/4234/) and [Rikuson Hakugen](https://anilist.co/character/2844/), from [Mobile Suit Gundam 00](https://anilist.co/anime/2581/) and [Koutetsu Sangokushi](https://anilist.co/anime/2162/) respectively. Tamaki Suou
