Although Kiwi was initially hostile towards Utena, after undergoing shock training, she became docile and developed a crush on Utena. Now she is content with Utena's acknowledgement alone. Kiwi frequently fantasizes about going to a love hotel with Utena. Despite appearances she is decent enough academically to help Utena avoid her grades deteriorating.

She and Magia Sulfur instinctively have it out for each other. They immediately devolve to insults and fighting at every opportunity — even in their civilian forms, despite not recognizing each other due to recognition inhibition.

Hiragi Utena is a major fangirl of the magical girls protecting her city, so when she has the chance to become one herself, she leaps at the chance to join their technicolor ranks… but when she transforms, she learns she isn’t fated to be a daring do-gooder, but rather a villain on the side of evil! At first she tries to quit her new gig as the leader of the local baddies, but she quickly realizes she enjoys it and is a total natural at tormenting the magical girls she loves so much. With both a bang and a whimper, Hiragi’s journey as a magical-girl-tormenting sadist has begun!

Aoi Koga is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with 81 Produce.

Koga had an interest in anime since her childhood, watching series such as Cardcaptor Sakura and Ojamajo Doremi. She first became interested in voice acting after watching the television program Okaasan to Issho and becoming fond of the puppet segments featured in the show. This made her want to "become friends with dolls" and, along with her interest in anime, helped her decide to pursue a career in entertainment. In pursuit of becoming a voice actress, Koga would take acting lessons at a vocational school in Fukuoka. Following this, she enrolled in the training school of the agency 81 Produce, becoming affiliated with them upon her finishing her training.
