Reona is the manager of the desolate game store Kisaragi. She is a beautiful woman with clear silver hair and a great sense of style, but she forcefully sells Hiroshi Yuuki the VRMMORPG game "Kiwame Quest".

Yuuki Hiroshi has just picked up Kiwame Quest, the realest VRMMO ever made. But this RPG is TOO lifelike; he can smell, taste, feel, and when he's hurt in it, his physical body is hurt too. Even worse, his abilities in this adventure suck as much as they do in daily life. This was supposed to be immersion, not reality. Consumed with winning, he swears he'll conquer this game—even if it kills him!

Attended Nihon Narration Engi Kenkyuujo before becoming affiliated with her first management company. She works for Link Plan and was formerly affiliated with I'm Enterprise and Assemble Heart. Because of her strong voice, she often voiced tsundere characters.

She married voice actor [Yuuki Kaji](https://anilist.co/staff/95672/) on her 30th birthday in 2019. On June 30, 2022 she announced that she was expecting her first child with Kaji.
