The series beings at the home of a young boy named Sho Azuka discovers the magical Bible "Superbook" that speaks and sends him, his friend Azusa Yamato, and his toy robot Zenmaijikake back in time to the early events of the Old Testament.

Takayuki Miyauchi, better known by the stage name Kouhei Miyauchi, was a Japanese actor and voice actor. On June 2, 1995, Miyauchi died on his hospital bed at the Nihon University Itabashi Hospital from abdominal varices. At the time of Miyauchi's death, he was represented by Aoni Production.
