Harukoi Otome revolves around protagonist Akihito Hayasaka, a male high-school sophomore. Akihito's younger sister (Umi Hayasaka) and his childhood friend (Yuika Serizawa) are also students there. Akihito meets many girls there, and becomes friends with them.<br>
