Sha Hualing is a minor villain in Scum Villain's Self Saving System and was originally a harem member in Proud Immortal Demon Way.
During her novel debut, Sha Hualing had the appearance of a fifteen-year-old girl with a full head of black hair combed into tiny braids and a white complexion.

She dresses in an unusual and exotic manner with bold and bright make-up and jingling silver rings around her wrists and ankles while her feet remain bare. For attire, she wears several bolts of red veils that wrap around her body. Sha Hualing has an ambitious and fierce nature, attempting to challenge the powerful Cang Qiong Mountain sect and seize spoils of war to show off in the Demon Realm.

She also shows she is cunning and manipulative. During her first appearance in the novel, she tries to beguile Shen Qingqiu with her looks while twisting his words when confronted.

She is also resourceful, taking a red veil from her body to use as cover from flying swords when fleeing from the battle.

In the original Proud Immortal Demon's Way, she was described to be cold, ruthless, and artful. Soon, she falls hard for Luo Binghe, becomes part of his harem and is willing to even betray the demon race for him.

This is the story of a guy who transmigrates into the scum villain of one of those harem xuanhuan/xianxia novels. The scum villain, Shen Qingqiu, is one of those looks-noble-but-is-actually-a-hypocrite type. Shen Qingqiu’s disciple, Luo Binghe, is the main character of the novel who gradually turns darker as tragic events occur upon him.

With the help of a very troll system, the new Shen Qingqiu tries to stay alive by staying on Luo Binghe’s good side, as the original Shen Qingqiu treated Luo Binghe badly, thus receiving a horrifying ending. However, Shen Qingqiu's plan of staying alive is not as simple as it seems as he soon finds out that the system limits his actions.
