Rody is a very carefree individual who always looks for an opportunity/job to support his younger brother and sister and make their lives better. He is a smooth liar and a good negotiator, able to talk his way out of most situations.

The third installment in the Boku no Hero Academia movie franchise. When a sinister organization threatens to wipe out all superhuman powers, the fate of the world is on the line. Animation included with the PLUS ULTRA version of the Boku no Hero Academia THE MOVIE: World Heroes' Mission Blu-ray/DVD release. The OVA is an adaptation of the "Hawks: SOOTHE" one-shot from the Vol. World Heroes booklet that was given out during the movie's theatrical run. 
Note: This animation received an advance limited screening run alongside the World Heroes' Mission movie in theaters from January 22 to 27th in Japan.
