Mashiro Kuna is the former lieutenant of the 9th Division under Kensei. She is a somewhat ditzy girl who is prone to throwing fits for the smallest of things, such as Orihime befriending Hachi or when Kensei insisted on following his subordinates into battle when they were still in the Gotei 13. Her overall style of dress is reminiscent of the costumes worn by the tokusatsu superheroes of late 1970s Japanese television. She often calls Ichigo Berry-tan, a play on Ichigo&#039;s name. Fitting with her tokusatsu theme, Mashiro&#039;s hollow mask bears a distinct resemblance to an insect&#039;s head. She was able to maintain her hollow mask for fifteen hours on her first attempt to control her hollow, meaning she did not have to undergo the same training as the other Visoreds and Ichigo.

Ichigo Kurosaki is a rather normal high school student apart from the fact he has the ability to see ghosts. This ability never impacted his life in a major way until the day he encounters the Shinigami Kuchiki Rukia, who saves him and his family's lives from a Hollow, a corrupt spirit that devours human souls. 
 
Wounded during the fight against the Hollow, Rukia chooses the only option available to defeat the monster and passes her Shinigami powers to Ichigo. Now forced to act as a substitute until Rukia recovers, Ichigo hunts down the Hollows that plague his town.

Laura Dawn Bailey is an American actress and voice actress. Best known for her anime roles (at first, Funimation titles but she has definitely moved on), she has also supplied voices in video games and worked as staff on several anime series. She's become one of the most prolific female voice actors in the AAA gaming industry since 2010.

Some of her best known anime roles are Lust in Fullmetal Alchemist, Young Trunks in Dragon Ball Z, Maka Albarn in Soul Eater, Tohru Honda in Fruits Basket, Sana Kurata in Kodocha, and Shin Nohara in the English dub of Crayon Shin-chan.

She is married to fellow voice actor [Travis Willingham](https://anilist.co/staff/95026/Travis-Willingham), and they have one son, Ronin.

Bailey primarily does video game voice overs and western animation nowadays, rarely getting any new anime roles, generally only reprising roles when she does anime. If she does get a new anime role, it's usually with Studiopolis.

Ichigo Kurosaki gained the powers of a Soul Reaper through a chance encounter. As a Substitute
Soul Reaper, Ichigo became caught in the turmoil of the Soul Society, a place where deceased
souls gather. But with help from his friends, Ichigo overcame every challenge to become even
stronger.
 
When new Soul Reapers and a new enemy appear in his hometown of Karakura, Ichigo jumps
back into the battlefield with his Zanpakuto to help those in need. Meanwhile, the Soul Society
is observing a sudden surge in the number of Hollows being destroyed in the World of the Living.
They also receive separate reports of residents in the Rukon District having gone missing. Finally,
the Seireitei, home of the Soul Reapers, comes under attack by a group calling themselves the
Wandenreich.
 
Led by Yhwach, the father of all Quincies, the Wandenreich declare war against the Soul Reapers
with the following message: "Five days from now, the Soul Society will be annihilated by the
Wandenreich."
 
The history and truth kept hidden by the Soul Reapers for a thousand long years is finally brought
to light.
 
All things must come to an end as Ichigo Kurosaki's final battle begins!
