Gansley, known as Konosuke Oshita in the Japanese version, is the former vice-president of KaibaCorp and the leader as well as the founder of the Big Five.   Gansley is obsessed with business, and as such refers to his monsters as employees. In the Japanese version, he quotes various warlords and philosophers on how to build a successful army. In the English dub, he gives Yugi Muto advice on business.  In the Japanese version, Gansley knows of Yami Yugi's existence and refers to Yugi as Type-A and Yami Yugi as Type-B Yugi. In the English version, Gansley shows no knowledge of Yami Yugi. 

Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters centers around the journey of the spirit of an ancient Egyptian pharaoh who is trying to re-discover who he was many years ago, since he has lost his memories. With the help of a boy, Yugi Mutou, the one who awakened the spirit, and his friends, he battles many villains and adversaries. Many of the villains have been linked to the Nameless Pharaoh's past, due to the Millennium Puzzle he holds and many try to take the puzzle and his power away from him.<br><br>
The series focuses on the card game aspect of it and the main theme represented throughout the series is friendship.

Eric Stuart is an American voice actor and musician who worked for 4Kids Entertainment, NYAV Post, and Central Park Media. Some of his most prominent dubbing roles include Brock and James in Pokémon from seasons 1–8, Seto Kaiba in Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Gourry Gabriev in Slayers.

Marc Thompson is an American voice actor who has worked for 4Kids Entertainment, NYAV Post and DuArt Film and Video. Some of his major roles include Kevin Thompson, Anthony DeMartino, Timothy O'Neill in Daria. He is notable for voicing the titular character in Robocar Poli. He voices Casey Jones in the 2003 version of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoons and video games. He is the narrator of numerous Star Wars audio books including The Thrawn Trilogy, Hand of Thrawn, Legacy of the Force and Fate of the Jedi series. He earned his BFA from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in 1997. He is a Christian and a father of two.

Oldimar Raul Schlosser is a Brazilian actor, voice actor and dubbing director.

In 2015, Raul completely retired from the dubbing industry to deal with personal issues related to his health. He only returned to the profession in 2023, having been active since then.
