The leader Cybertrons (Autobots). A wise, father-like leader whose unmatched bravery and compassion serve to inspire his robot and human allies alike and strike fear into the hearts of his enemies, the Destron (Decepticons). His signature weapon is the **Laser Rifle** (レーザーライフル ), also known as the **Ion Blaster** in the US. In most incarnations, his alternate mode is a truck, although its exact model tends to vary depending on the entry.

His love interest is Elita-One (AKA Ariel) and his lifelong rival is [Megatron](https://anilist.co/character/3920/Megatron).

It is the year 2005. Twenty-one years after the heroic Autobots and the evil Decepticons resumed their neverending war on planet Earth, the Decepticons have conquered the robots' home planet Cybertron. After a surprise attack by the Decepticons, both factions wage a gruesome battle at Autobot City. In the midst of the battle, Autobot leader Optimus Prime dies during his fight with Decepticon leader Megatron. The Autobot Matrix of Leadership is then passed on to second-in-command Ultra Magnus. Meanwhile, a badly-damaged Megatron is jettisoned by Starscream into deep space, where he encounters the planet-eating robot Unicron and is reborn as Galvatron, the new Decepticon leader. With Galvatron's reign on the rise and Unicron's imminent arrival within Cybertron's orbit, the Autobots must act quickly and protect the Matrix or face total annihilation.

Headmasters starts with Galvatron leading a new batch of Destrons to wage war on Seibertron, the Destron Headmasters. The Cybertrons are rescued by the arrival of the Cybertron Headmasters, led by Fortress (Cerebros, the head of Fortress Maximus). It is revealed that Fortress left Seibertron millions of years ago in search of energy, and have finally managed to come home. He explains that the Headmasters are from a planet called Master; the human-sized robots who live there built themselves Transformers-sized bodies. They can then transform themselves into the heads of the robots, and have now joined the Cybertron-Destron war.

An evil race of transforming robots known as the Destronger make their appearance known by invading a world exposition in New York and abducting Professor Onishi, a renowned scientist. The professor's son Yuuki befriends Fire Convoy and the heroic Cybertron forces, who will stop at nothing to rescue the professor and protect Earth from the wrath of Gigatron and his Destron henchmen.

A sequel to Transformers: Wild King.

A manga about the light-hearted misadventures of the Autobots and Decepticons in a setting strongly resembling the original Generation 1 cartoon for a young audience while also promoting various exclusives aimed at older collectors. The web comic additionally inserts character profiles calling out the specific toy being advertised in each issue.

The story takes place on the planet Elementros, which has unknown powers. The main character, Optimus Prime, follows his friend Megatron and lands on this planet.
There, Optimus meets Lightlong, a giraffe-type Transformer who is an energy beast. According to Lightlong, the energy beasts that live on Elementros in the form of animals and dinosaurs have five elements of "element energy" hidden within them: fire, water, earth, nature, and lightning. Suddenly, Megatron attacks. Optimus and Lightlong use the power of their bond to awaken the ability to transform and combine [Wild King]. Optimus joins forces with the animals, and Megatron commands the dinosaurs. What will be its fate?!

Faced with the possibility of her own demise, the timid Atari Hitotonari makes a decision that will change her life and ends up becoming a "Kiss Player", one of a few human females that, through a quirk of fate, gained the ability to fuse with giant robots and fight suggestive creepy lecherous robots and monsters. 15 Go! Go! 
The series mainly follows the (mis)adventures of Teletraan 15, charged by the mysterious "Kurohy&#333; Man" ("Black Panther Man") to traverse time and space, gathering data on the Transformers. As she does, her friend Teletraan 10 provides snarky commentary on the Cybertronians she meets. Towards the end of the run, the comic took a side-trip to follow the events of the Kiss Players as they too traveled across the dimensions.

After being warped from their universe to that of Mazinger, the Transformers join the fight between Mazinger Z and Dr. Hell's army of mechanical beasts.
