He takes his job seriously and understands how terrifying the world of Choujins truly is. He also believes that being a Choujin is "inconvenient by nature".

High school students Kurobara Tokio and Higashi Azuma are on their way home from volunteering to help with the accident when they are suddenly tangled up with a delinquent they have a history with... but there is something different about him.
