President of Trinity's Justice Task Force and its official secret weapon.

Tsurugi is belligerent and violent with a tendency to attack anything she doesn't like. Despite this, the Justice Task Force has managed to barely stay together due to the painstaking efforts of the club's vice president Hasumi. Tsurugi is like a beast that cannot be controlled, but even she can't help but soften up when she's with her sensei.

She enjoys watching movies and reading romance novels.
