The city's academies are divided into their own districts and are considered mostly independent.
 
The General Student Council acts as governing board to manage the academies as a whole. However, the group's ability to govern has come to halt since the mysterious disappearance of the General Student Council president. Countless issues have begun to surface throughout Kivotos in the absence of the president's leadership.
 
To avoid disaster, the General Student Council requests assistance from the Federal Investigation Club, otherwise known as Schale. In fact, Schale is the city's newest club and the last to be approved before the president's disappearance.
 
To accomplish its task, Schale relies on the guidance of a Sensei who can help them resolve the incidents around Kivotos. (Students are required to carry personal weapons and smart phones! A voice actor, singer, and the drummer of [Poppin'Party](https://anilist.co/staff/153185/PoppinParty). Ayaka was born in Saitama Prefecture but moved to Tokyo after kindergarten. She became part of a theater company in elementary school and appeared in commercials, stage productions, and TV dramas. After receiving some voice acting lessons in the company, she realized that she wanted to become a voice actress. She got scouted in 2011 by Horipro and began her career. In August 2014, she debuted as a singer with her single "YES!!", which was used as the opening theme for the anime _Sabagebu!_.

Her hobbies includes karaoke as well as watching anime, drumming, browsing the internet, gaming, watching sports, and reading light novels. She had drumming skills prior to joining the _Bang Dream_ franchise. Ayaka loves heavy metal and shares her love together with her mother, who used to sing Marilyn Manson's songs for her as lullabies. Her favorite bands are Evanescence, Papa Roach, and Slipknot. Ayaka is also the voice provider of the VOCALOID4 voicebank, MATCHA.

Initially unveiled on the Blue Archive channel's "Natsu no Blue Archive! 1.5 Shuunenkinen Special!" stream, a short animation themed around summer was shown commemorating the 1.5th anniversary of the Blue Archive mobile game. The ending theme song is called "Kagayaki Summer Days" sung by members of the Abydos High School Foreclosure Task Force.
