Corona-chan grows up as their daughter, and the manga details her five-year-old adventures with her fuzzball mother, her robot-soldier father, her living-central-nervous-system pet, and the other bizarre members of the local village.


Original version of the manga, first serialized on Petit Apple Pie. After the series was rebooted in Shonen Captain magazine, this version was re-published as Ganzo Uchuu Kazoku Carlvinson (元祖宇宙家族カールビンソン) and as Uchuu Kazoku Carlvinson Original (宇宙家族カールビンソン オリジナル).
