Omur Fang was originally a cadet in training much like Ryu Jose. He became an operator on board the White Base. He also was White Base's resident bomb expert and frequently helped out in the dock with the preparation of mobile suits. He was responsible for the death of captured Zeon soldier, Cozun Graham when he attempted to open a door with a bazooka. Although he played a minor role, he had a fair amount of appearances by the virtue of the fact that he was an operator and thus a member of the crew giving frequent reports. Despite this fact, a surprisingly large number of individuals played this role as well.

What would you do if you suddenly found yourself in the middle of a war? Teenager Amuro Ray sees his life shattered when war comes to his home. During the chaos, Amuro finds himself inside the mobile suit Gundam, the Earth Federation's new secret weapon, and he somehow gets it to work. Amuro and the other refugees flee their homeland on the warship White Base. This group of children and inexperienced soldiers will change the outcome of the war.

As the War continues, Amuro and the White Base crew must make their way toward the Earth Federation Headquarters, Jaburo. On their way they will meet several new enemies and face off against impossible odds. They will fight in Operation Odessa to relieve the Earth from the clutches of the Zeon forces. 
Lives will be lost, new friendships will be made, and discoveries lie at every corner. Amuro soon learns that he possesses the power of the mysterious Newtypes.

After a covert mission goes wrong, Mobile Suit pilot Amuro Ray and his comrades are stranded on a remote island. The battalion was sent to a land called the Island of No Return to clear off any enemy forces, only to find a group of children and an enemy mecha attack. Now Amuro must find a way for them all to escape this mysterious land, but not before meeting a strange man—Cucuruz Doan. 

Note: Announced at the "Dai 2-kai Gundam Conference" event, the film is described as a retelling of the 15th episode of the original Mobile Suit Gundam television anime. The episode itself has been omitted from English releases of the series.
