Matt Greenfield is the American co-founder of the now defunct ADV Films. Originally an avid fan who ran an anime club in Houston, Texas with David Williams (known as "Anime NASA"). He, Williams and [John Ledford](https://anilist.co/staff/102621/) founded ADV Films in 1992, which began as an importer of anime, marketing primarily to the existing network of anime fans. In the English-language dubs of the ADV's licensed releases, he serves as an ADR director and occasionally takes on background roles as a voice actor, going by the pseudonym Brian Granveldt.

He continues to write and produce English dubs for new companies and distributors such as Sentai Filmworks and Section23 Films via post-production house/dubbing studio Seraphim Digital.
