Kanan Takakiyo, at first glance, is an ordinary teenage girl who is president of her high school's public morals committee. However, this is all a facade - her true identity is Kanan Zebel, a thousand-year-old demon who is the daughter of Beelzebub, the Great Demon of Gluttony. Eager to consume human souls, she descended to the human world and used hypnotism to convince an ordinary family that she was their firstborn - all so that she could find a student to consume. 

Her search brought her to Youji Kyougi, her kohai in school who mistakenly believes she wants to go out with him. Unfortunately, there is one caveat to her plan... she has never been in a relationship before.

Kanan, a female demon, infiltrates a high school with the goal of devouring some delicious human souls. She sets her sights on the perfect target, a teen boy named Kyougi Youji, and goes for the kill—only to somehow end up in a relationship with him instead?! Kanan’s never been in love before, and this oddly innocent demon creates absolute chaos as the two venture into romance with a first date and beyond!

Aoi Koga is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with 81 Produce.

Koga had an interest in anime since her childhood, watching series such as Cardcaptor Sakura and Ojamajo Doremi. She first became interested in voice acting after watching the television program Okaasan to Issho and becoming fond of the puppet segments featured in the show. This made her want to "become friends with dolls" and, along with her interest in anime, helped her decide to pursue a career in entertainment. In pursuit of becoming a voice actress, Koga would take acting lessons at a vocational school in Fukuoka. Following this, she enrolled in the training school of the agency 81 Produce, becoming affiliated with them upon her finishing her training.
