Raizou is a member of the Litchi Hikari Club. He is extremely effeminate, and uses a speech pattern fitting that of a Gyaru.  According to the LHC 4-Koma series, Raizou enjoys reading books (such as Anne of Green Gables) and also wears Fundoshi - traditional Japanese men's underwear.   ~!Raizou is killed by Litchi when it goes on a rampage and rips his face off. He is the fourth member of the Litchi Hikari Club to be killed.!~

For the sooty industrial town's lads there's only one point of light: the Light Club, a secret brotherhood they've organized in an abandoned factory. They're on the verge of booting up their crowning achievement, a "thinking machine" fueled by lychee fruits.
