Tier is one of the main characters of Isekai Nonbiri Nouka series. She is an angel with celestial magical powers and bird-like wings that allow her to fly. She is part of the Angel of Annihilation tribe, specializing in golem magic. Tier visits the forest in search of Loo, her frenemy, and ends up living there with <a href="https://anilist.co/character/293201/Hiraku-Machio">Hiraku</a> and <a href="https://anilist.co/character/293202/Loo">Loo</a>.

Life cut short by illness at just 39 years old, Machio Hiraku knows not to take simple blessings for granted. When a godlike figure gives him given a chance to live again, Hiraku has only the simplest of wishes for his new life: to be healthy, to live peacefully, to speak the local language, and to spend his days on an idyllic farm. An American voice actress, ADR director, and script writer affiliated with Funimation and Seraphim Digital/Sentai Filmworks.

Monica's father is from Pontevedra, Galicia, Spain, and when she was young, her family would often visit there. She would translate for her younger brother some of the European Spanish-dubbed cartoons which included anime like Doraemon and Dragon Ball Z, often imitating the various characters. Monica studied ballet, tap, and jazz, but transitioned to musical theater when was 12. She studied acting through high school as well as college at the University of Houston. She's cited voice actor inspirations from The Simpsons, Family Guy, and Beavis and Butt-head. She was working on a theater show with Jason Douglas, who suggested she audition for ADV Films. Her first voice-over role was a walla in the 1999 dub of Martian Successor Nadesico.
