Even though he is told to be seeking amusement from her until he gets bored, he slowly falls in love with her.He said in the game with Seiran that will give her anything she wants and will do anything in his power to satisfy her and that the only thing/person in the world that matters to him is only Shuurei. In his last moments when he&#039;s about to die he again comments on how he liked Shuurei with her hair down. In his mind he said that in the games he played so far Shuurei is the only one who has the ability to easily beat him while he had to struggle. Then when he asked Shuurei to give him Gok-Long tea he puts poison in the water and antidote in the Gok-Long flower. In the end she still didn&#039;t pour him the Gok-Long tea causing him to die, and in his very last word he said Shuurei. (he never called her by her name)!~

Saiunkoku is a world of eight provinces or houses, each named after a different colour. The new Emperor, Shi Ryuuki, has gained a reputation for being uninterested in courtly matters and for flaunting his love for men. Shuurei, although born of the important Kou family, has difficulty making ends meet. She easily accepts an invitation to be the Emperor's concubine in order to turn him into a good ruler. The mysterious Seiran, a young man who was adopted by her father, goes with her as Ryuuki's bodyguard. Entering the imperial palace revives Shuurei's dream of being a court official, and, together with the many companions she meets along the way, continues moving bravely forward while trying to fend off the Emperor's advances.<br><br>

Koyasu is the most prolific voice actor in the industry, having been credited for over 700 roles as of April 2022.

Growing up, Koyasu skipped out on going to school to watch movies at home because he wanted to become an actor. It wasn’t until later that he became interested in voice acting after having seen [Galaxy Express 999](https://anilist.co/anime/1491/). After graduation he entered a voice acting school. In 1988, he made his voice acting debut, and got his first regular role a year later voicing [Gai](https://anilist.co/character/13374/) in [Tenkuu Senki Shurato](https://anilist.co/anime/2113/).
