In the city of Judoh, Claire Leonelli has inherited leadership of the Mafia group "Vampire" following the death of his father. To keep Claire's and other criminal activities in check, the city's Bureau of Urban Safety has Special Services Division operative Daisuke Aurora and the super android codenamed "J" (whose identity is apparently kept in secrecy, as androids are banned in the city). With both of them around, crime now has little room to breathe in Judoh.

Sérgio Moreno is a Brazilian actor, voice actor and vocalist. He became especially well-known for starring in the musical "Jasmim ou o Sonho do Cinema", a series by Filipe La Féria for SIC. He trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. He owns the studio Sérgio Moreno Filmes.

Daisuke Aurora works with the special division of peacekeepers in the city of Jewde, one of the largest cities on the planet. He and his android partner, Heat Guy J, team up to make sure that anything illegal stays off the streets and out of circulation. 
However, their presence doesn't sit too well with the local mob leader -- a ruthless, unbalanced, well-armed son of the late Don, who is out to prove that he is not too young to take over the family business.
