Professor Cozmo leaves either with Team Aqua or Team Magma (Team Magma in Pokémon Emerald) for the Meteor Falls, thinking that they are going to help him excavate meteors. However, the offending Team steals the meteorite, intending to use it to power their machine at Mt. Chimney. After defeating the grunts and the team's leader, the player can take the meteorite from the machine and return it to the Professor in exchange for TM27 (Return).   In the anime In Fight for the Meteorite, Professor Cozmo meets Ash Ketchum on Mt. Chimney. The situation from there is similar to in the games. He is voiced by 西村朋紘 Tomohiro Nishimura in Japanese.   In the Pokémon Adventures manga  In the Chuang Yi translation of the fourth chapter, he is referred to as Professor Starstone. This error is rectified when he appears in a flashback during the fifth chapter.  Professor Cozmo believed Team Aqua to be noble heroes, so he assisted them with the meteor and their device on Mt. Chimney.  He's apparently good friends with Roxanne, and was once her teacher.

Red is just a normal kid living in the rural Pallet Town, when he decides to go out on his own adventure, along with his rival since childhood, Green. In this world of Pokemon, he makes many friends, humans and Pokemon alike. However, all is not well. Team Rocket is trying to capture Mew, a very rare Pokemon, and is performing experiments on other Pokemon, trying to increase their power. Red and his friends must battle against Team Rocket to stop their cruel experiments and unlock the secrets of Pokemon.

After participating in the Johto League, Ash decides to begin anew in yet another journey; this time by himself and Pikachu, in the land of Hoenn. Though he isn't alone for long, as 10-year-old May (who dislikes Pokemon, but just wants to come along to see the world) travels with him after Pikachu destroys her bicycle. Ash also meets up with his old companion, Brock, and May's younger brother, Max. Together, they travel along in Hoenn, battling Gym Leaders, entering Contests, and other events on the way to the Hoenn League.

Claudio Galvão Ferreira, known by his stage name Claudio Galvan, is an actor, voice actor, lyrical singer, classical dancer, theater teacher, and theater director.

Claudio is responsible for the Galvan Estúdios space, where he offers dubbing and singing courses for dubbing and musicals, located in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, in the west zone of Rio de Janeiro. 

He is also the presenter of Desfoque Podcast, a podcast in which he interviews voice actors and people linked to the artistic world.

This chapter features the journeys of Ruby and Sapphire who are trying to conquer all the Pokémon Contests and Gyms in Hoenn respectively within the span of 80 days. However, this gets interrupted by two new evil organizations, the land-loving Team Magma and the sea-loving Team Aqua. Sapphire and Ruby have to worry about something else, too: their feelings for each other.
