This is the cool and incomprehensible hero, swarthy and musclebound, sporting sunglasses and a large golden afro. His hair is 24-karat gold but is usually said to be yellow or blonde; some viewers even argue about its true color. He is called Bo-bobo for short. He refuses to let people call him Bo. He fights with his nose hair using the Hanage Shinken (sometimes &quot;Super Fist of the Nose Hair&quot;, other times &quot;Snot Fou-You&quot;), as well as simply confusing his enemies. His only weakness, which he discovered while visiting the world of Blabsalot, is the fact that he doesn't have as many deadly attacks. He believes that the Fist of the Nose Hair is sacred and that he shouldn't overuse it. He has three brothers and one sister. Bo-BoBo directs small &quot;micromovies&quot; in his own movie theatre &quot;Bo-BoBo Gekijou&quot; (Bo-BoBo Theater, but also called other names in the dub). He apparently has some control over an army of stuffed teddy bears which are seen in many episodes. There is an apparently large colony of tiny humans and humanoid boogers living in his nose. They sometimes aid him in battle.

The students return as school is back in session for the second semester. Following their exploits on the island during summer vacation, Class 3-E continues to sharpen their blades with their sights set on their teacher, the slippery Koro-sensei. They have more to worry about than just their teacher, however, as enemy assassins, both old and new, are out for the increased bounty on the octopus' head. 
 
Moreover, their rivals in Class A, as well as Kunugigaoka Junior High's fearsome principal, stand to block Class E from achieving academic excellence. With all of these obstacles opposing them, the group must continue to work together in order to overcome their foes and accomplish their goal of successfully assassinating their teacher.

Bo Bobo is a man with the incredible power of hearing the voices of hair and using his own to fight. He uses his power to fight off the Margarita Empire and all of Emperor Tsuru Tsuruiina's minions who are stealing the hair off of anyone they find to power up their emperor.

Koyasu is the most prolific voice actor in the industry, having been credited for over 700 roles as of April 2022.

Growing up, Koyasu skipped out on going to school to watch movies at home because he wanted to become an actor. It wasn’t until later that he became interested in voice acting after having seen [Galaxy Express 999](https://anilist.co/anime/1491/). After graduation he entered a voice acting school. In 1988, he made his voice acting debut, and got his first regular role a year later voicing [Gai](https://anilist.co/character/13374/) in [Tenkuu Senki Shurato](https://anilist.co/anime/2113/).
