Garterbelt&#039;s serves as the handler for Panty and Stocking and looks after their general well-being.    Though he&#039;s a priest, he too takes part in events of questionable morality.

Panty and Stocking – the Anarchy Sisters – are two nasty-ass angels who got booted from the pearly gates for being foul-mouthed bitches! Now they spend their nights blowing up ghosts in the seedy abyss between Heaven and Earth. Panty likes sex, Stocking likes sweets, their afro-sporting main man Garter Belt has a fetish we can't mention. Together, they're turning the mean streets of Daten City into a buffet of bodily fluids. Ghosts don't stand a chance against their lingerie of mass destruction, and if this debaucherous duo can collect enough Heaven Coins, they just might get their halos back. Christopher Robin Sabat is an American voice actor, producer, ADR director, and line producer at Funimation. He provided voices for a number of English versions of Japanese anime series such as a number of Dragon Ball characters, including Vegeta, Piccolo, Yamcha, and some others. In Funimation's re-dubbing of One Piece, he voices Roronoa Zoro. Other major roles include Kazuma Kuwabara in Yu Yu Hakusho, Alex Louis Armstrong in Fullmetal Alchemist, Tatsumi Saiga in Speed Grapher, Kurogane in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, Daisuke Jigen in Lupin the Third and All Might in My Hero Academia. In video games, he voiced Garland in Dissidia: Final Fantasy, Rundas in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Alex D in Deus Ex: Invisible War, and both Captain Smiley and Star in Comic Jumper. He is the founder and director of OkraTron 5000, an audio production company that provides support for some of Funimation's and other dubbing titles.

The Upper Region sends two angels "Panty" and "Stocking" to Earth. Panty, a blond woman in teen-celebrity-style clothes, and Stocking, a black haired woman in gothic lolita fashion, fight against peculiar ghosts.
