Minko is an apprentice chef and resident at Kissuisō. Though she is hard working, she becomes passive when being scolded for her mistakes and is usually victim to [Ohana](https://anilist.co/character/36184/Ohana-Matsumae)'s mishaps. She displays great jealousy when [Ohana](https://anilist.co/character/36184/Ohana-Matsumae) is praised by other staff. She attends the same high school as [Ohana](https://anilist.co/character/36184/Ohana-Matsumae), [Nako](https://anilist.co/character/37215/Nako-Oshimizu) and [Yuina](https://anilist.co/character/39194/Yuina-Wakura)   ~!Minko is very popular among the boys in her class, but she turns down all of their love confessions as she secretly has a crush on Tohru. In the days before the Bonbori Festival, Ohana's friend Yuina comes to Kissuiso for training. While cleaning up after her, Ohana discovers a logbook kept by Beans from when her mother, Satsuki, was still a youth at Kissuisso. Through the logbook, Ohana catches a glimpse of her mother's struggles, and realizes that maybe the two of them aren't so different after all. Meanwhile, the rest of the inn staff are caught up in dealing with a blackout.<br><br>
