This cute little fox works with his dad at the mysterious oden stand. He&#039;s shy, but he&#039;ll stand up for his friends. Watanuki gave him one of Doumeki&#039;s broken arrows, the Arrow of Virtue.  and in exchange he saved his life in a parade. In the anime, he collected special objects and played shiritori with Watanuki and Mokona.  Appearently, the night stand and the foxes cannot be seen by regular people but since Watanuki can see spirits, he can see them too. Watanuki Kimihiro can see spirits and other assorted supernatural creatures, which is quite a bothersome ability he strongly dislikes. On the way home one day, while plagued by some spirits, he is inexplicably compelled to enter a strange house. There, he encounters Yuuko, a mysterious woman who claims to be able to rid him of the ability to see and attract the troublesome creatures – for a price. She demands for him to work at her "store" that grants wishes to people, and thus begins Watanuki's adventures through weird and wonderful events.

Kimihiro Watanuki is haunted by visions of ghosts and spirits. He seeks help from a mysterious woman named Yuko, who claims she can help. However, Watanuki must work for Yuko in order to pay for her aid. Soon Watanuki finds himself employed in Yuko’s shop where he sees things and meets customers that are stranger than anything he could have ever imagined.
