Ryuu is a young bartender/bar-owner who has an incredible way of telling what a person is thinking and feeling, and what they want (and often need) to drink. That ability mixed with his kind, honest personality makes him the ultimate bartender. He is a genius bartender who helps the people who come into his bar. Although not thoroughly explained at first, Ryuu actually runs the bar by himself, and Eden Hall was his first bar. He worked as an assistant for a senior bartender before he opened Eden Hall, and that gave him the experience he needed to handle the job.

At Eden Hall, each glass has a story. A quiet bar lies tucked away in the streets of Tokyo, and it seems only the most desperate souls burdened by their own troubles manage to find its doors. But after a glass of God poured by the brilliant bartender Ryuu, they leave renewed. Ryuu has a gift—he knows how to soothe the soul with the perfect drink. Who will he meet next?
